The Leawood Estates Homeowners Association consists of all property owners within the Leawood Estates subdivision. Member residences are located within the cities of Leawood and Overland Park, Kansas. The Leawood Estates neighborhood is comprised of close to 1,500 homes. The Homeowners Association was created to insure the development and maintenance of a quality neighborhood.
Yard waste... must be collected in paper bags for trash pickup. Paper bags are available at most local hardware stores, home centers and large discount stores. You may also place yard waste directly into a trash can, but that trash receptacle must be placed on the other side of the driveway from the regular trash.
Building Permits... Our association's Deed Restrictions require that any exterior changes to your home must first be approved by the Architectural Review and Restrictions Committee of the LEHA Board. This includes decks, windows/doors, as well as remodels. If in doubt, please contact the LEHA Board before you begin a project.
