Arbor Masters is committed to provide service in a safe, professional, and conscientious manner. The physical well-being and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. We want to inform you of measures we have implemented to mitigate the risk of spreading COVID-19 and to follow State, Federal and local guidelines which include the more recent shelter-in-place mandates. Some of these measures include:

 

·    Temporarily limiting services we provide to include “essential services” only.

·    Implementing work-from-home procedures for office staff.

·    Establishing a Corona Virus Management Team.

·    Implementing a Company-wide COVID-19 policy that includes heightened sanitation and social distancing measures.

·    Providing additional training and supplies for our employees to follow CDC best practices in the office and in the field.

·    Improving our PTO policy to encourage employees to stay home if they are feeling ill or if they have been around people who have had COVID-19 symptoms.

·    Implementing quarantine procedures for any staff who have traveled to infected areas.

 

We take the COVID-19 situation very seriously and we understand that things are changing rapidly. We are committed to be as proactive as we can be in order to keep our clients and our employees safe. In addition to the above-mentioned measures, we are asking our clients to:

 

·    If we have services scheduled at your property and if you have been in contact with someone or have symptoms of COVID-19, please notify our office

·    Practice social distancing with our staff while they are on your property.

·    Accept proposals from personal devices when possible.

 

We are here to serve our clients and protect our community. We take this situation very seriously and we will continue to take a proactive approach to provide the best service possible to our clients.
