The Leawood Estates Homeowners Association is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors that is elected at the annual meeting of the association.  Members of the board serve on committees to manage the services and regulation oversight that are part of the association's responsibilities.

The association has contracted with Homes Association Solutions to handle day-to-day management and service for our residents.
